Quality Control

At Chinee Watches Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of manufacturing and order fulfillment. We apply structured inspection procedures to support consistent quality across analog, automatic, quartz, mechanical, digital, smart, sports, diver, business, fashion, luxury, military, and other watch products, as well as nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories. Our inspections are carried out according to product specifications, approved samples, and industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are checked before they enter production. Depending on the product, inspection may cover watch cases, crystals, dials, hands, movements, straps, bracelets, buckles, electronic components, batteries, plastics, nylon materials, and stainless steel parts.

• Appearance and workmanship: We check surfaces, finishes, colors, printing, plating, molding quality, and visible defects.
• Dimensions and specifications: Key sizes, interfaces, component compatibility, and material requirements are reviewed against approved product information.
• Functional components: Movements, electronic modules, batteries, closures, and cable tie materials are assessed as applicable to the product design.
• Supplier and batch traceability: Incoming materials are identified and recorded to support controlled production and effective issue follow-up.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are performed throughout assembly and production to identify potential issues at an early stage. Our teams monitor critical operations such as case assembly, dial and hand installation, movement fitting, strap or bracelet attachment, electronic assembly, molding, and cable tie production.

• Assembly alignment, fastening, and component fit are checked during production.
• Surface finishing, printing, plating, polishing, and color consistency are monitored against approved references.
• Watch functions such as time display, button operation, crown operation, hand movement, digital functions, and charging or electronic features are checked when applicable.
• Cable ties and wiring accessories are reviewed for molding consistency, fastening performance, dimensional stability, and appearance according to product specifications.
• Inspection findings are communicated to the responsible production personnel so that adjustments can be made promptly.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for packing, finished goods undergo inspection based on the order requirements and applicable internal inspection standards. The inspection scope is adapted to the product type, including mechanical and quartz watches, chronographs, skeleton watches, pocket watches, wooden watches, smart watches, and cable management products.

• Visual quality: We check the case, dial, hands, crystal, strap, bracelet, buckle, markings, and overall finish for defects or inconsistencies.
• Functional performance: Watch operation, display accuracy, chronograph functions, crown and button response, clasp operation, water-related features where specified, and electronic functions are checked as applicable.
• Construction and dimensions: Product size, component fit, fastening, alignment, and workmanship are reviewed against approved specifications.
• Accessory and content verification: Packaging components, manuals, labels, tags, and included accessories are checked for completeness and correctness.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is inspected to help protect products during storage and international transportation. Before shipment, we verify the product configuration and shipping details against the purchase order, approved samples, and customer instructions.

• Product models, colors, quantities, sizes, and configurations are checked before packing.
• Individual packaging, cartons, protective materials, labels, barcodes, and shipping marks are reviewed for accuracy and legibility.
• Products are checked for secure placement and suitable protection against scratches, impact, moisture, and movement during handling, according to the packaging requirements.
• Carton condition, packing quantities, and shipping documentation are reviewed before goods are released for shipment.

5. Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action

Quality information from inspections, production teams, customers, and service feedback is used to identify recurring risks and improvement opportunities. When a nonconformity is found, the relevant product, process, material, or packaging issue is reviewed so that appropriate corrective action can be taken.

Our improvement process may include root-cause analysis, additional inspection, process adjustment, supplier communication, sample re-approval, and follow-up verification. This practical approach helps Chinee Watches Co., Ltd. maintain consistent manufacturing control while adapting inspection requirements to different watch designs, cable management products, customer specifications, and international shipment needs.
