1. Incoming Material Inspection

Quality begins with the selection and verification of incoming materials and components. Before production starts, key parts are checked to confirm they meet required specifications for each watch type and customer requirement. This helps reduce defects at the source and supports consistent assembly performance.

• Watch cases, dials, hands, straps, bracelets, and accessories are checked for appearance and specification compliance.
• Movements, batteries, electronic modules, and other core components are verified before use.
• Surface finishes, color consistency, and material condition are reviewed to help prevent visible quality issues.
• Critical parts are handled according to internal acceptance criteria and production requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During production, our team carries out in-process checks at key stages to monitor assembly accuracy and manufacturing stability. This includes control over component fit, alignment, and workmanship, especially for products with more complex structures such as automatic, skeleton, chronograph, diver, and mechanical watches.

• Assembly inspection for case closure, strap installation, dial positioning, and general fit.
• Functional monitoring for movement operation, time display, button response, and related features.
• Visual workmanship checks for scratches, dust, misalignment, uneven printing, and other appearance defects.
• Process control based on internal standards to support stable production quality.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Every finished watch is subject to inspection before release for packing and shipment. Final checks are designed to verify that the product meets the agreed specifications in both appearance and function. For different product lines, the inspection focus may vary, but the objective remains the same: delivering professional quality suitable for wholesale and private label customers.

• Appearance inspection for surface finish, dial clarity, case condition, and overall presentation.
• Functional testing for timekeeping, display accuracy, crown operation, pushers, and electronic functions where applicable.
• Basic dimensional and assembly checks to confirm product consistency.
• Product-specific checks based on the model type, such as water-resistant structure review, clasp function, or strap durability.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging quality is an important part of the final product experience, especially for export orders and retail-ready deliveries. Before shipment, we review the packaging content, labeling, and outer carton condition to help protect the watches during transport and ensure the order is prepared correctly.

• Packaging verification for boxes, inserts, manuals, tags, and accessories.
• Label and marking checks to confirm order information and product identification.
• Carton inspection for packing integrity, quantity confirmation, and shipping readiness.
• Pre-shipment review to reduce risk of omission, damage, or mismatch before dispatch.

5. Continuous Improvement
